ON LOCATION: LONGUEVILLE RESIDENCE

Set against the tranquil backdrop of Longueville, this modern home demanded a considered approach to light, privacy, and outdoor living.

Working alongside the homeowners, we tailored a complete window treatment strategy across the residence. In the bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling Blockout Curtains bring a soft, grounding presence and effortless light control. To the front elevation, Plantation Shutters deliver clean architectural structure and street appeal, while a Pirouette® Shade along the side window softly diffuses daylight while resolving a close boundary privacy requirement.

Out back, a Retractable Folding Arm Awning extends over the pool deck, creating a shaded sanctuary for year-round entertaining. A thoughtful, tailored installation, designed to sit naturally within the home's architecture.
